This lovely 2 story house has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is located in a quiet residential area in a perfect location for privacy and good size waves for surfing.
The upper story is the main living area with 1 bedroom and 2 baths. The bedroom has a private entrance, queen bed, bathroom and shower. With an open plan for the kitchen, dining room, and living room, there is lots of comfortable space with couches, tables and chairs. A wide deck furnished with leather chairs, tables and hammock spans the length of the house on the ocean side.
The lower level bedroom has a private entrance, 2 single beds with can be turned into a king size bed, kitchenette and bath. The laundry room is also on the lower level with adjacent outdoor shower.
