Beachfront House in Playa Zancudo, Costa Rica

CASA VERDE HOUSE – Sleeps 2 to 5 people, in 3 beds. $700 per week, $110 nightly, double occupancy, $5 per night per additional persons. 3 night minimum.

This very pretty beachfront house is located close to us at Los Cocos, and close to the restaurants and grocery store. The waves in front are medium, and the swimming easy. Dale’s house has lots of character in a well maintained teakwood home with varnished wood and green tiles. All screened with huge windows overlooking the ocean, and a deck on the side of the house. It is on a large lot, and has plenty of privacy. Very nice place, for a couple, or small family. For a larger group, the Teak Cabin is just next door.

One bedroom with a queen bed, one bath upstairs. There is a large living area with another double bed, table and chairs, and a large fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs there is a laundry room, and extra bathroom with shower.

Washer/dryer, Internet, phone, 2 bicycles, 2 boogie boards.
